Residex herdoopt in Capital-C Ventures

As many of you know, changes are taking place within the company. To this end, we should like to give formal notice of our name change. As of 1 January 2007, Residex Ventures shall become Capital-C Ventures B.V..
Our new corporate identity will better reflect our expanded mission, including raising new funds, while building on our track record in fund management.
Capital-C Ventures will draw upon the experience and expertise of Cees van Luijk, Paul Schr?der, Tom Paffen, Joris van Rijn, Katja Ruijs and Esther Noordman. The team shall add value to the existing technology portfolio, while undertaking the evaluation of new investment opportunities.
A New Year brings new challenges and opportunities. A large part of the Residex technology portfolio was sold to Parc-IT, a new fund set up by Parcom Ventures B.V. with Cees van Luijk, Paul Schr?der, Tom Paffen and Joris van Rijn as co-investors. Capital-C Ventures will continue the fund management of Parc-IT.
At present, Capital-C Ventures has three funds under management. Residex Capital V, P3 Technology Partners and Parc-IT. The total amount of capital currently under management is around ? 60 million.
Extending fund raising activities is a central tenet of our expanded mission. Indeed, a new fund is on the horizon.
